A few clear answers.
A little detail makes a big difference.
What is included in my estimate?
The window frame, standard double-pane glass, included model-specific hardware, and your selected upgrades. Your supply price includes our current markup on factory window and option prices. Installation, delivery, tax, permits, disposal, and structural work are excluded.
Are these current factory prices?
Yes. The supplied OKNA 500 Series Insul-Tec price book, published March 19, 2019, is our approved pricing base. Your supply total is calculated in real time and saved when you submit your request. Final dimensions and option compatibility are checked before factory ordering.
How should I measure my windows?
Enter the intended finished window width and height in inches, using 1/8-inch increments. Do not use rough opening measurements directly. The factory lists cutbacks of 1/4 inch in width and 1/2 inch in height for replacement rough openings. Have final sizes verified by an installer before ordering.
Can I get bay, bow, or custom-color windows?
The price book includes 3-lite bay/bow and 4-, 5-, and 6-lite bow assemblies. These require angle, jamb size, projection, and installation-support details, so they are not included in instant totals. Custom exterior colors and specialty grid styles also require confirmation.
Will my project still be here when I return?
